Landed cost calculator

Enter what you know. Ex-works price is the car's price at the yard in China; leave freight as the reference or type your own quote.

For passenger cars. Pickups, trucks, buses, motorcycles and construction machinery pay different duties — LandedCar quotes those separately.

The list also holds one reference-only market (marked “reference”): landed cost is calculated, but we take no orders there.

Your request goes to LandedCar and to the dealers on the platform; each quotes you here. Take LandedCar's quote and you contract and pay LandedCar; take a dealer's quote and you pay the dealer directly, with a 1% service fee capped at $300 per car. Your contact details stay inside the platform chat.

The list also holds one reference-only market (marked “reference”): landed cost is calculated, but we take no orders there.
Cars sold by LandedCar: service fee 6% of ex-works, US$250–350 per car, US$200 per car from 3 cars, shown as its own line in the quote. Other dealers' cars: pay the car price directly to the dealer and a 1% platform service fee at the deposit (US$60–300 per car, capped at US$600 per order). Search, pricing, requests, chat and condition reports are free forever; dealer membership is a software fee — see the pricing page.

How payment and delivery work

Check who sells this car

For cars sold by LandedCar, contract with and pay LandedCar. For other dealers’ cars, contract with and pay the dealer directly; first pay the platform service fee at the deposit stage, then the PI and dealer payment details are released. Check the order, PI and account name before paying.

Each leg has a named party

Export handling: for cars LandedCar exports itself, LandedCar arranges and quotes it; for a dealer's car, the dealer handles it or hands it to LandedCar, and the quote says which. You pick the term: FOB (handed over at the Chinese port to your own forwarder) or CIF (sea freight and insurance arranged and quoted by LandedCar). Every item is its own line in the quote; if you need destination customs or registration help, we introduce local providers.

Disputes follow the contract

Every offer carries port, lead time, inspection terms and a tolerance band. At arrival the car is checked against it; deviations are priced by formula, not argued.
