Excise 5% only on passenger cars of 13 fiscal HP or more (the engine approximates this from 2.0 L, estimate). Levies: PCS 0.8%, PC 0.5%, PUA 0.2%, verification-programme fee 0.75%. Left-hand drive; the BESC is applied for and paid by the exporter in China and itemised on the PI; Cotecna is a destination inspection.
