Quem pode importar e o que entra

EU duty 10% + VAT 24% (since July 2025), plus the one-off registration fee introduced in 2025: EUR 150 base, petrol cars add a CO2 part (EUR 5/g up to 117 g, 10 for 118–150, 30 for 151–200, 50 above 200) and EUR 2 per kg of gross mass over 2,000 kg; BEVs skip CO2 and pay only EUR 2 per kg of gross mass over 2,400 kg, capped at EUR 2,200: a 2-tonne BEV SUV (2,500 kg gross) = 150 + 2 × 100 = EUR 350, a petrol car at WLTP 140 g = 150 + 5 × 117 + 10 × 23 = EUR 965, used cars are scaled down by an age factor (estimate); an annual motor vehicle tax follows (from EUR 50 for BEVs). New China-built BEVs and range-extender cars carry the EU countervailing duty: 35.3% unless a listed manufacturer issues the invoice with the required declaration; used cars (registered over 6 months and driven over 6,000 km) are outside it. China-spec cars without an EU CoC need single-vehicle approval (cost estimated). Plates EUR 65. Sea freight direct to Tallinn / Paldiski.
