Quién puede importar y qué entra

Reglas y fuentes

(EU) 2024/2754, Art. 1): the maker-specific rate (BYD 17.0 / Geely 18.8 / Tesla 7.8 / listed cooperating makers 20.7) applies only with an invoice issued by a listed producer and carrying the signed declaration; otherwise the 'all other companies' rate of 35.3 applies. EU duty 10% + VAT 21%, with no one-off purchase or registration tax. Czechia is landlocked: cars arrive via Hamburg, Bremerhaven or Koper and continue by road. China-spec cars without an EU COC need single-vehicle approval (cost estimated). New China-built BEVs and range-extender cars carry the EU countervailing duty: 35.3% unless a listed manufacturer issues the invoice with the required declaration; used cars (registered over 6 months and driven over 6,000 km) are outside it.
