Who can import and what gets in

ISV displacement component is computed by the official formula; the environmental component is looked up in Tabela A and entered manually — usually 0 for EVs and PHEVs under 97 g/km CO₂. Homologation €1,200 includes customs and registration (verified). Countervailing duty: new Chinese-built BEVs get the maker's rate automatically (BYD 17 / Geely 18.8 / SAIC 35.3 / Tesla 7.8 / others 20.7); used (>6 months and >6,000 km), PHEV and ICE are exempt. Enter a positive “countervailing %” to override.
